Privacy Policy and Communications

Jayhawk Gymnastics is a Child Development Center.  We can communicate with you via in-person discussions, phone, email and text.

Types of Information Collected:  We collect your name, email address and phone number.

Method of Information Collected:  We receive your information when you submit it via our Contact Form.

Purpose of Data Collection:  We only collect your information so that we may communicate with you regarding your child's progress, enrollments and any other questions that you may have.

Data Security Measures:  Only your child's instructors and office staff have access to your information.

Data Sharing:  SMS Consent or phone numbers are not shared for the purpose of SMS with third parties or affiliates. 

User Rights:  You have the right to update your information, discontinue communication and delete any or all of your information.
